My name is Valsa and I'm a blogger for www.trendy.in.

The producers of Channel V's 'Get Gorgeous IV' gave trendy.in and me the opportunity of a lifetime — they let me get behind-the-scenes of this season's show… and write a blog about it! I also took video diaries that will eventually show up on the web, and may even make it into the show.

Why me? For one, I’m a self-confessed television junkie. I’m 23 years old and I've lived in Mumbai my whole life. I love to write, read, sketch, listen to music, write poetry and watch movies every chance I get. I really like to dance and I'm especially proud of the fact that I can successfully do the Shakira hip-wiggle. I love spicy food and I carry my bottle of Tabasco in my bag with me at all times (in case of emergency – bland baguettes kill me).
